Welcome to Stashr. By installing or using the Stashr browser extension or visiting stashr.xyz (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Stashr is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OkCupid or Match Group, LLC. OkCupid® is a registered trademark of Match Group, LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stashr is a browser extension that adds supplemental functionality to your OkCupid browsing experience, including the ability to privately categorize profiles and manage your location preferences. The Service is offered in both a free tier and paid premium tier.

3. Independent Product — No Affiliation with OkCupid

Stashr is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with OkCupid, Match Group, LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Use of Stashr is entirely at your own discretion and risk with respect to OkCupid's own terms of service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension
• Not use the Service to collect, scrape, or harvest data from OkCupid or any other platform
• Comply with OkCupid's own Terms of Service when using Stashr alongside their platform
• Keep your account credentials (if applicable) secure and confidential

5. Free & Premium Tiers

Stashr offers a free version with core features and optional paid premium features. Paid subscriptions are billed through a third-party payment processor. All purchases are subject to the payment processor's terms. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hi@stashr.xyz.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and assets associated with Stashr are the property of Stashr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all browser versions or future updates to OkCupid's platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stashr and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
